Ice Breaker – A Night at the Races!

Join us for an exciting opening night of the 2023 PA State Convention with a Night at the Races in the historic Cambria County War Memorial, “The Home of Slap Shot”. Only 1 block from the Downtown Holiday Inn. We will enjoy horse racing, live Irish music, dancing, fellowship, and a Hometown Buffet featuring Applewood Smoked Ham and Turkey Roast Carving Stations, Garlic Cheddar Brats, Hot Dogs with Beer Kraut, Beef Hamburgers with Condiments, Homemade Baked Penne Pasta, and a variety of Salads and Deserts in the hockey arena that produced one of the biggest cult classic films in America – Paul Newman’s Slap Shot. Tour of the facility will be available. Oh yes, we will have a Premium Open Bar.

Open Night – Experience Johnstown!

An open night to explore all Downtown Johnstown has to offer! Although it is an easy stroll around town you can ride the complimentary trolley that will shuttle guests around numerous dining, tourist, cultural, and pub venues all evening. They include, the world’s steepest Inclined Plane, the historic State Theatre (with special performance planned), the famous Stone Bridge, Johnstown’s Flood Museum, emerging favorite eateries Craft Modern Kitchen, Balance Restaurant, Wine Loft on Franklin, Coney Island, and Stonebridge Brewing, and local watering holes: Stadium Pub (with Irish Entertainment), Scotts By Dam, Journey Restaurant, Lucy’s, Fetz’s, Wooley's Celtic Pub, Catholic War Veterans Post 1103 (the local AOH Hall, with Irish Entertainment), and many more……

Final Banquet – The Johnstown Conference Center

An exciting, fun, and entertaining evening is planned for our Final Banquet featuring the renowned dance band, Jeff Webb and the Delectable Sounds. The evening will begin with the Johnstown Symphony string quartet, cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, program, live music, and dancing. Oh yes, we will have a Premium Open Bar. The Johnstown Conference Center is located only 2 blocks from the Downtown Holiday Inn but complementary shuttle service will be available.
